How to Use Your Silk Exfoliating Glove

  1. Take a warm shower or bath for 5–10 minutes. Do not use soap, oils, or shower gel during this step — just water. Your skin should be clean and damp.
  2. Wet the glove with warm water and wring out any excess.
  3. Gently scrub your skin using long, upward strokes. You will start to see dead skin roll off. Avoid using excessive pressure — let the glove do the work.
  4. Rinse your skin with clean water and apply your favorite moisturizer or body oil.
  5. Rinse the glove thoroughly with water. Hang it to air dry. Do not machine wash or use detergents.
