How to Use Your Silk Exfoliating Glove
- Take a warm shower or bath for 5–10 minutes. Do not use soap, oils, or shower gel during this step — just water. Your skin should be clean and damp.
- Wet the glove with warm water and wring out any excess.
- Gently scrub your skin using long, upward strokes. You will start to see dead skin roll off. Avoid using excessive pressure — let the glove do the work.
- Rinse your skin with clean water and apply your favorite moisturizer or body oil.
